| Internal leakage in industrial pressure valves is recognized as a critical hazard in the gas industry, where timely and accurate detection plays a vital role in preventing accidents and minimizing energy losses. Acoustic Emission (AE) technology, as a non-destructive and online method, has recently become one of the key tools for condition monitoring of industrial equipment, particularly in noisy environments. In this study, an intelligent leakage monitoring system based on AE was designed and developed to detect and assess the severity of internal leakage in valves used at the gas pressure reduction station in Qazvin Province. The focus of the research was on two commonly used types of industrial valves (ball valves and plug valves) whose structural differences pose analytical challenges in leakage detection. Initially, a laboratory-scale pilot system was built to simulate controlled leakage scenarios, and the resulting AE signals were used to develop and train signal processing algorithms. The proposed system was subsequently evaluated under real operational conditions with high levels of ambient noise. One of the key contributions of this research is the introduction of a quantitative index for determining internal leakage severity based on features extracted from the AE signals, enabling real-time classification and monitoring of valve performance. Field results confirmed that the developed system can accurately detect even minor leakages without requiring process interruption and assess their severity with high reliability. | ||

| توسعه سامانه پایش نشت داخلی در شیرهای صنعتی با استفاده از فناوری نشر صوتی: مطالعه موردی ایستگاه تقلیل فشار | ||

| نشت داخلی در شیرهای صنعتی تحت فشار یکی از مخاطرات کلیدی در صنعت گاز محسوب میشود که تشخیص سریع و دقیق آن نقشی حیاتی در پیشگیری از حوادث و کاهش اتلاف انرژی ایفا میکند. فناوری نشر صوتی (Acoustic Emission) بهعنوان روشی غیرمخرب و قابل استفاده در زمان بهرهبرداری، طی سالهای اخیر به یکی از ابزارهای اصلی پایش وضعیت تجهیزات صنعتی در محیطهای نویزی تبدیل شده است. در این مطالعه، یک سامانه هوشمند پایش نشت داخلی مبتنی بر AE طراحی و توسعه یافته است که هدف آن شناسایی و ارزیابی شدت نشت در شیرهای مورد استفاده در ایستگاه تقلیل فشار گاز در استان قزوین است. تمرکز تحقیق بر دو نوع رایج از شیرهای صنعتی، یعنی شیر توپی (Ball Valve) و شیر سماوری (Plug Valve) بوده است که بهواسطه تفاوت ساختاری، تحلیل رفتار نشت در آنها چالشبرانگیز است. ابتدا یک بستر آزمایشگاهی پایلوت برای بازسازی کنترلشدهی شرایط نشت ایجاد شد و سیگنالهای AE حاصل از آن بهعنوان مبنای توسعه و آموزش الگوریتمهای پردازش سیگنال به کار گرفته شدند. در ادامه، سامانه پیشنهادی در شرایط واقعی و با حضور نویزهای شدید محیطی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. از مهمترین دستاوردهای این تحقیق، ارائه یک شاخص کمی برای تعیین شدت نشت داخلی بر مبنای ویژگیهای استخراجشده از سیگنال AE است که امکان طبقهبندی نشت و پایش لحظهای عملکرد شیر را فراهم میسازد. نتایج میدانی نشان دادند که سامانه توسعهیافته، بدون نیاز به توقف بهرهبرداری، قادر است نشتهای بسیار خفیف را با دقت بالا تشخیص داده و شدت آنها را با قابلیت اطمینان بالا ارزیابی کند. | ||
