چکیده
چکیده
مقدمه: کیفیت زندگی به اندازه کمیت اهمیت دارد. در این پژوهش رابطه ساختاری کارکرد خانواده و سواد سلامت با کیفیت زندگی بیماران دیابتی با نقش میانجی تنظیم هیجان بررسی شد.
روش: طرح پژوهش همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری تمامی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 در نیمه اول سال 1403 بود. نمونه شامل تعداد 620 نفر بود که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند نمونه گیری شدند. ابزار گرد آوری داده ها شامل پرسشنامه های؛ کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی، سنجش خانواده اپشتاین و همکاران (1983)، سواد سلامت واهل و همکاران (2021) و تنظیم هیجان گارنفسکی و همکاران (2001) بود. داده های با نرم افزار spss23 و Lisrel8.8 و به روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: تمامی متغیر های نشانگر بر متغیر های مکنون (در هر چهار متغیر کیفیت زندگی، تنظیم هیجان، کارکرد خانواده و سواد سلامت) به طور معناداری بار شده اند (96/1t>). تنظیم هیجان بر کیفیت زندگی اثر مستقیم و معناداری داشت (0.186 = β)، کارکرد خانواده بر کیفیت زندگی اثر معناداری داشت (0.223 = γ)، سواد سلامت بر کیفیت زندگی (0.511 = γ)، کارکرد خانواده بر تنظیم هیجان اثر معناداری داشت (0.415 = γ)، سواد سلامت بر تنظیم هیجان اثر معناداری نداشت (1.96t>0, 023/0  = γ)، اثر غیر مستقیم کارکرد خانواده بر کیفیت زندگی معنادار بود (1.96t>0 , 077/0=IE)، اثر غیر مستقیم سواد سلامت بر کیفیت زندگی معنادار نبود (1.96t>0, 077/0=IE).
نتیجه گیری: بهبود کارکرد خانواده و ارتقای سواد سلامت می‌تواند به شکل مؤثری کیفیت زندگی بیماران دیابتی را افزایش دهد.

Introduction: Quality of life is as important as quantity. In this study, the structural relationship between family functioning and health literacy with the quality of life of diabetic patients was investigated with the mediating role of emotion regulation.
Method: The research design was correlational. The statistical population was all patients with type 2 diabetes in 1403. The sample consisted of 620 people who were selected through purposive sampling. The data collection tools included the World Health Organization Quality of Life questionnaire, Epstein et al. Family Assessment (1983), Wahl et al. Health Literacy (2021), and Garnevsky et al. Emotion Regulation (2001). The data were analyzed with SPSS23 and Lisrel8.8 software and using structural equation modeling.
Findings: All indicator variables were significantly loaded on the latent variables (in all four variables of quality of life, emotion regulation, family functioning, and health literacy) (t>1.96). Emotion regulation had a direct and significant effect on quality of life (β = 0.186), family functioning had a significant effect on quality of life (γ = 0.223), health literacy had a significant effect on quality of life (γ = 0.511), family functioning had a significant effect on emotion regulation (γ = 0.415), health literacy had no significant effect on emotion regulation (1.96t>0, γ = 0.023), the indirect effect of family functioning on quality of life was significant (1.96t>0, 0.077=IE), the indirect effect of health literacy on quality of life was not significant (1.96t>0, 0.077=IE).
Conclusion: The practical implications of the study have been discussed.
