چکیده
زمینه: مبتلایان به اضطراب اجتماعی از دو ویژگی عمده حساسیت اضطرابی و حساسیت به‌طرد برخوردارند و برای کاهش رفتارهای مضطربانه خود در موقعیت‌های اجتماعی رفتارهای ایمنی‌بخش را بروز می‌دهند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی اضطراب اجتماعی در رابطه بین حساسیت اضطرابی و حساسیت به‌طرد با رفتارهای ایمنی‌بخش در دانشجویان انجام شد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان کارشناسی شهر اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 1402-1403 بود. حجم نمونه با استفاده از مدل کلاین و به روش نمونه­گیری خوشه ای تصادفی 303 نفر انتخاب شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از مقیاس رفتارهای ایمنی‌بخش هراس اجتماعی (پینتگویا و همکاران، 2003)، پرسشنامه اضطراب اجتماعی (کابالو و همکاران، 2010)، پرسشنامه حساسیت اضطرابی (فلوید و همکاران، 2005) و پرسشنامه حساسیت به‌طرد (داونی و فلدمن،1996) جمع‌آوری شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج با استفاده از روش بوت استراپ نشان داد اثر غیرمستقیم حساسیت اضطرابی بر رفتارهای ایمنی‌بخش از طریق اضطراب اجتماعی (0/0001 ‌=b= 0/21، p) و اثر غیرمستقیم حساسیت به‌طرد بر رفتارهای ایمنی‌بخش از طریق اضطراب اجتماعی (0/0001 ‌=b= 0/41، p) از لحاظ آماری معنی‌دار می‌باشند و برازش مدل تأیید شد.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نقش رفتارهای ایمنی‌بخش در اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی و همچنین اهمیت حساسیت اضطرابی و حساسیت به‌طرد در ایجاد و تداوم این اختلال، یافته‌های پژوهش دارای تلحویاتی برای درمانگران برای طراحی مداخلات درمانی به منظور بهبود اضطراب اجتماعی می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]
Background: Individuals with social anxiety disorder (SAD) exhibit two primary characteristics: anxiety sensitivity and social rejection sensitivity. Upon encountering social situations, they employ safety behaviors to reduce their anxious behaviors. The present study aimed to investigate the mediating role of social anxiety in the relationship between anxiety sensitivity and rejection sensitivity with safety behaviors in university students.
Method: The present study was a descriptive-correlational design utilizing structural equation modeling. The statistical population comprised all undergraduate students in the city of Isfahan during the academic year 2023-2024. The sample size was selected using Kline's model and a multi-stage cluster random sampling method. Data were collected using the Social Phobia Safety Behaviors Scale (Pinto-Gouveia et al, 2003), the Social Anxiety Inventory (Caballo et al, 2010), the Anxiety Sensitivity Index (Floyd et al, 2005), and the Rejection Sensitivity Scale (Downey & Feldman, 1996).
Results: The results using Bootstrap method indicated that indirect effect of anxiety sensitivity on safety behaviors through social anxiety (b= 0.21,p= 0.001) and the indirect effect of rejection sensitivity on safety behaviors through social anxiety (b= 0.41, p= 0.001) were statistically significant, and the model fit was confirmed.
Conclusion: Regarding the significant role of safety behaviors in social anxiety disorder and the importance of anxiety sensitivity and rejection sensitivity in development and maintenance of this disorder, findings of the study have implications for therapists in order to designing therapeutic interventions aimed at improving social anxiety
