| مقدمه: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی کارایی بالینی پرسشنامه افسردگی کودکان CDI در تشخیص اختلال افسردگی کودکان و نوجوانان انجام شد. روش: در یک طرح توصیفی 38 مراجع پسر که با تشخیص اختلال افسردگی طبق ملاک‌های DSM-IV-TR در مراکز مشاوره آموزش و پرورش شهر بندرعباس پذیرفته شده بودند همراه با 208 دانش‌آموز پسر که به صورت تصادفی خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شده بودند، پرسشنامه افسردگی کودکان را تکمیل کردند. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های آمار توصیفی، رگرسیون لجستیک و تحلیل ROC استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون لجستیک نشان داد که نمره کل CDI، قابلیت پیش‌بینی اختلال افسردگی را دارا می‌باشد، نتایج تحلیل ROC نشان داد که بهترین نقطه برش برای نمونه‌های ایرانی نمره 22 می‌باشد که دارای حساسیت 92/0 و ویژگی 91/0 می‌باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج، از کارایی بالینی پرسشنامه افسردگی کودکان به عنوان یک ابزار غربالگری حمایت می‌کند. | ||

| Introduction: This study examined the clinical effectiveness of the Childrenâs Depression Inventory for diagnosing depression disorder of children and adolescents. Method: In a descriptive study, 38 students (male) with diagnosis of major depressive disorder according to DSM-IV-TR in Counseling Centers of Bandar Abbas Education and 208 students (male) of guidance and high schools that had been selected using multi-stage cluster sampling completed the CDI. Data were analyzed using descriptive methods, logistic regression and ROC analysis. Results: Results from logistic regression indicated that the CDI total score is predictive of a depressive disorder. Roc analysis results showed that cutoff score of 22 has an optimal relation between sensitivity 0,92and specificity 0.91and it is the best cutoff score for Iranian sample. Conclusion: Results provide support for the usefulness of clinical effectiveness of the CDI as a screening tool for detecting depressive disorder in children and adolescents | ||
