چکیده
واژگان کلیدی :کودک، اختلالات اضطرابی، برنامه اقدام هدف :هدف این پژوهش، بررسی اثر بخشی برنامه اقدام بر کاهش علائم بالینی کودکان پیش دبستانی مبتلا به اختلال اضطرابی بود.
روش: این پژوهش نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون و پیگیری همراه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق، کودکان 5 تا 6 ساله مبتلا به اضطراب شهرستان گرگان و مادران آنها بودند، که از بین آنها، 27 کودک با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب و به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل اختصاص داده شدند. برنامه اقدام در 8 جلسه برای کودکان و 4جلسه آموزشی مجزا برای والدین گروه آزمایش انجام شد. به منظور بررسی تاثیر مداخله در ابتدا و انتهای درمان و مرحله پیگیری، مقیاس اضطراب پیش دبستانی اسپنس بر روی مادران تمام کودکان اجرا شد. در نهایت از تحلیل کوواریانس و فرمول درصد بهبودی برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد.
یافته ها: نتایج کاهش معنادار در اضطراب کودکان گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل در پس آزمون و پیگیری نشان داد(05/0P<). نتایج معناداری بالینی هم نشان داد که اضطراب گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل در مرحله پس آزمون و پیگیری، به طور معناداری بهبود یافت.
نتیجه گیری: برنامه اقدام در بهبود علایم کودکان مبتلا به اضطراب موثر است. نتیجه این پژوهش و پژوهش های مشابه می تواند در حوزه های تشخیصی و درمانی اختلالات اضطرابی در کودکان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
