چکیده
مقدمه: چگونگی تعامل والد- کودک نقش اصلی در تحول دارد و اکتساب مهارت‌های اجتماعی به روابط هیجانی مطلوب می-انجامد. هدف، تعیین نقش سبک‌های دلبستگی در پیش‌بینی مهارت‌های اجتماعی و تعیین نقش میانجی تنظیم هیجانی در این رابطه بود.
روش: در مطالعۀ توصیفی- تحلیلی، 420 کودک 6 تا 8 سال دچار اختلال اتیسم از مراکز اتیسم شهر تهران، به شیوه در دسترس با پرسشنامه غربال‌گری طیف اتیسم و ماتریس‌های پیش‌رونده ریون، ارزیابی شدند. 102 کودک که 19 و بالاتر در پرسشنامه غربال‌گری طیف اتیسم و بالاتر از 70 در ماتریس‌های پیش‌رونده ریون، گرفتند انتخاب شدند و والدین به نیمرخ مهارت‌های اجتماعی اتیسم ، مقیاس دلبستگی در کودکی میانه، و فهرست تنظیم هیجانی پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل مسیر در نرم‌افزار SPSS Macro نسخه 24، تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: سبک دلبستگی با مهارت‌های اجتماعی رابطه منفی و مستقیم (42/0- =r) داشت و با حرکت از دلبستگی ایمن به نا ایمن، مهارت‌های اجتماعی ضعیف قابل پیش‌بینی بود. تنظیم هیجانی با مهارت‌های اجتماعی، همبستگی مثبت (57/0=r) داشت. طبق تحلیل مسیر، با افزایش یک واحد تنظیم هیجانی، 89/0 واحد به مهارت‌های اجتماعی افزوده می‌شود. اگرچه، سبک‌های دلبستگی، تأثیر مستقیم بر مهارت‌های اجتماعی نداشت ولی نقش میانجی تنظیم هیجانی در ارتباط بین سبک‌های دلبستگی با مهارت‌های اجتماعی تأیید شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به میانجی تنظیم هیجانی در رابطه بین سبک‌های دلبستگی با مهارت‌های اجتماعی می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که والدین نقش مهمی در ایجاد سبک دلبستگی ایمن دارند و به کودک کمک می‌کنند با تنظیم هیجانی، مهارت‌های اجتماعی را کسب کنند.
