| این تحقیق وقوع یک مورد هرمافرودیت کاذب نر در یک راس بره سنگسری با سن تقریبی 8 ماه را گزارش می دهد. که از طریق مطالعات ماکروسکپی و میکروسکپی شناسایی وتأئید شد. معاینه بصری اندام تناسلی خارجی در بره یک حیوان ماده با فرج نرمال را نشان داد، ولی دارای بیضه و ساختارهای شبه اپیدیمی به عنوان اندام تناسلی داخلی بود. معاینه هیستوپاتولوژیک بافت های بیضه لوله های سمینی فر نابالغ که از داخل توسط سرتولی سل های با تفکیک و تمایز ناقص و سلول های شبه گامت اولیه پوشیده شده بودند را نشان داد. نمای میکروسکپی اپیدیدیم ساختارهای شبه لوله ای کیستی بهمراه سلول های شبه گامت اولیه و دژنراتیو را نشان داد. مشاهده بافت شبه پروستات در دیواره رحم یافته جدید میکروسکپی در تحقیق پیش رو است که به آن اشاره شد. علی رغم گزارشات بسیار نادر در خصوص هرمافرودیت کاذب نر در گوسفند، و فقدان مطالعات قبلی در نزاد سنگسری، این تحقیق به عنوان اولین گزارش در نوع خود از این عارضه در نزاد مذکور و از استان سمنان می باشد. | ||

| The First Report of Occurance of Prostate in Uterine Tissue of a Lamb Affected by Male Pseudohermaphroditism | ||

| This report paper presents the occurance of male pseudohermaphroditism in a female Sangesari breed lamb of 8 months age, which was identified and approved through macroscopic and microscopic examination. Visual examination of the external genitalia in the lamb indicated to be female with vulva, but the lamb had testes and epididymis like structure as internal genital organs. On histopathological examination of testicular tissues presence of immature seminiferous tubules lined by Sertoli cells and primitive gamet like cells was revealed. Cyctic tubule like structures with primitive and degenerative gamet like cells of epididymis, was observed microscopically. Presence of prostat like structure within the uterine wall was considered as a unique microscopic structure in this study. In spite of very rare reports of male pseudohermaphroditism in sheep, and lack of previous studies on Sangesari breed, this study was considered as the first report of this disorder in the above mentioned breed in Semnan province, Iran. | ||
