| چکیده [English] | ||
| Experiment and Objective: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of chain management in the context of a circular economy on economic and environmental performance in the Agricultural Jihad Organization of Sistan and Baluchestan Province. The main study of this study is on agricultural waste and how to manage it in order to improve performance in this field. Method: The research is of an applied type and is designed using the two-stage Delphi library and bag method. To collect data, interviews were conducted with 26 experts in the relevant field. These interviews were conducted using the snowball method until reaching the theoretical ghost stage and were finally transformed into the identification of 268 primary themes. In the second Delphi stage, 62 subcomponents were identified and finally 21 subcomponents were determined and introduced. Findings: The identified components were categorized into five main ones including internal environmental management, green purchasing, joint cooperation, ecological design, and green innovation, which were factored by the news group. Conclusion: Internal environmental management was identified as a key factor in reducing the negative impacts of production and improving economic and environmental performance. Also, green purchasing and cooperation with customers are considered as effective factors in reducing agricultural waste and increasing productivity. Ecological design helps to improve the quality of environmentally friendly products and services, and green innovation allows for continuous improvement in processes and cost reduction. cost reduction. Optimizing these components can lead to a reduction in agricultural waste and improved performance within the circular economy framework. The findings of this research can serve as a foundation for future studies on value chain management and its impact on agricultural waste and sustainable development. | ||
