| Background and Objectives: The main objective of this study is to model the barriers to teamwork in banks in the context of sustainable organizational development. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and uses a mixed-methods approach (qualitative–quantitative) for data collection. Materials and Methods: The statistical population of this study consisted of banking industry experts selected using the snowball sampling method, totaling 50 managers and staff from head offices and bank branches across the country. Initially, a range of teamwork barriers was identified through field studies, library research, and domestic and international literature, and then presented to the experts. Following in-depth interviews, fifteen factors were identified as the final set of barriers. Subsequently, using the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) approach and the DEMATEL model, the most significant factors in the banking industry were determined based on expert opinions. Results: The findings of this study revealed that inappropriate leadership was identified as the most significant barrier to teamwork in banks. Alongside this, the absence of a performance evaluation system and the lack of teamwork skills—resulting from insufficient training—were recognized as other major obstacles. Other barriers were categorized at different levels based on the aforementioned methods, and the degree of influence and susceptibility of these factors was also determined. Conclusion: The results of this study indicated that, given the critical importance of teamwork in achieving sustainable organizational development, strengthening the influential factors can enhance synergy and lead to better outcomes in banking operations. Therefore, attention should be focused on addressing these teamwork barriers to improve performance. | ||

| سابقه و هدف: هدف اصلی این مطالعه مدلسازی موانع کار تیمی در بانکها در راستای توسعه پایدار سازمانی می باشد . پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف از نوع کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده ها، آمیخته(کیفی-کمی) می باشد. روش: جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل خبرگان صنعت بانکی از روش گلوله برفی به تعداد 50 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان ستادی و شعب بانک های کشور است. در این پژوهش ابتدا طیفی از موانع کارتیمی از طریق مطالعه میدانی،کتابخانه ای و پژوهش ها و پیشینه های داخلی و خارجی شناسایی و در اختیار خبرگان قرار گرفت و پس از مصاحبه عمیق با آنها، پانزده عامل به عنوان عوامل نهایی شناسایی شدند. سپس با استفاده رویکرد مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری و مدل دیمتل بر اساس نظرات خبرگان پر اهمیت ترین این عوامل در صنعت بانکی شناخته شدند. یافتهها: یافته های حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد نشان داد که رهبری نامناسب به عنوان مهمترین عامل مانع کارتیمی در بانک ها شناخته شد و بموازات آن نبود سیستم ارزیابی عملکرد و نداشتن مهارت های کار تیمی که ناشی از عدم آموزش های لازم به کارکنان است از موانع مهم دیگر در کار تیمی است. موانع دیگر نیز بر اساس روش های فوق در سطوح دیگر قرار گرفته و میزان تاثیر گذاری و تاثیر پذیری این عوامل نیز شناخته شد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد که با توجه به اهمیت ویژه کارتیمی در راستای توسعه پایداری سازمانی با تقویت عوامل تاثیر گذار می توان موجب افزایش هم افزایی و اخذ نتایج عالی تر در کارها برای بانکها شد. لذا با توجه به موانع کارتیمی می بایست در رفع این عوامل کوشید. | ||
