| Background and Objectives: Advances in information technology and the widespread use of cloud computing have significantly transformed accounting systems and financial reporting, giving rise to cloud accounting. By enabling real-time data processing, online accessibility, cost efficiency, and greater transparency, cloud accounting enhances the quality of financial reporting. However, despite its increasing adoption, existing studies lack a comprehensive conceptual framework that clearly defines its key dimensions in financial reporting. Moreover, prior research has largely relied on quantitative methods, with limited use of qualitative data-driven approaches such as text mining. Therefore, this study aims to develop a comprehensive conceptual framework for cloud accounting in financial reporting through a systematic literature review and text mining analysis. Materials and Methods: This applied study employs a qualitative, exploratory design. Using the PRISMA protocol, a systematic literature review was conducted, initially identifying over 5,000 articles (2015–2025) from major databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, Springer, and Google Scholar. After removing duplicates and screening titles, abstracts, and full texts, 96 eligible English-language articles related to cloud accounting and financial reporting were selected for analysis. In the second stage, a text mining analysis was performed using RapidMiner software. The selected texts were subjected to a preprocessing procedure comprising normalization, tokenization, stop-word removal, and stemming. Subsequently, term weighting was carried out using the TF–IDF method to identify the most informative and representative keywords. Based on a weighting threshold of 0.019, key terms were extracted and transformed into a vector space model. Document clustering was then conducted using the K-means algorithm. The optimal number of clusters was determined through visual inspection of clustering outputs, and five clusters (K = 5) were identified as the most appropriate solution. To enhance the robustness of the results, the algorithm was executed with ten repeated runs (Max Runs = 10). Cluster quality was evaluated using intra-cluster distance measures and the Davies–Bouldin index, confirming satisfactory internal cohesion and clear separation among clusters. Results: The findings of the study revealed five core dimensions of cloud accounting in financial reporting. These dimensions include: (1) Foundations and infrastructure of cloud-based accounting systems, emphasizing information technology infrastructure, data security, accounting software, and integrated information systems; (2) Efficiency, performance, and financial reporting, focusing on improvements in timeliness, accuracy, transparency, and operational cost reduction in financial reporting processes; (3) Adoption of cloud accounting, sustainability, and financial outcomes, highlighting the relationship between cloud technology adoption, financial performance, profitability, and organizational sustainability; (4) Advanced accounting systems, artificial intelligence integration, and digital transformation, underscoring the role of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and cloud-based enterprise resource planning (cloud-based ERP) systems in reshaping accounting practices and the professional role of accountants; and (5) Governance, quality, and risk management, which stresses the importance of governance frameworks, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and information technology risk management in cloud-based environments. Conclusion: Overall, the results demonstrate that the application of text mining techniques significantly reduces researcher subjectivity and enables a systematic, comprehensive, and data-driven identification of emerging dimensions of cloud accounting. The proposed conceptual framework provides valuable theoretical and practical insights for financial managers, accountants, auditors, and regulatory bodies seeking to enhance financial reporting quality in cloud-based settings. Moreover, the findings offer a solid foundation for future empirical research aimed at testing the identified dimensions and examining their effects on financial reporting quality, transparency, and organizational sustainability. | ||

| سابقه و هدف: پیشرفتهای سریع فناوری اطلاعات و گسترش استفاده از رایانش ابری موجب تحول اساسی در سیستمهای حسابداری و گزارشگری مالی شده و منجر به شکلگیری پارادایمی نوین با عنوان حسابداری ابری گردیده است. این سیستمها با فراهمسازی پردازش بلادرنگ دادهها، دسترسی آنلاین، کاهش هزینهها و افزایش شفافیت، نقش مهمی در بهبود کیفیت گزارشگری مالی ایفا میکنند. با وجود گسترش استفاده سازمانها از حسابداری ابری، مطالعات پیشین فاقد یک چارچوب مفهومی جامع و نظاممند برای تبیین ابعاد کلیدی آن در حوزه گزارشگری مالی هستند و عمدتاً بر روشهای کمی و پیمایشی تمرکز داشتهاند، در حالی که رویکردهای کیفی دادهمحور مانند متنکاوی کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفتهاند. بر این اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه یک چارچوب مفهومی جامع برای حسابداری ابری در گزارشگری مالی با استفاده از مرور نظاممند ادبیات و تحلیل متنکاوی است. روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روششناسی، کیفی و اکتشافی است. در گام نخست، مرور نظاممند ادبیات پژوهش با استفاده از رویکرد پریسما انجام شد. بدین منظور، بیش از ۵۰۰ مقاله علمی منتشرشده در بازه زمانی ۲۰۱۵ تا ۲۰۲۵ از پایگاههای معتبر بینالمللی شامل Scopus، Web of Science، Springer و Elsevier شناسایی و گردآوری گردید. شایان ذکر است که از موتور جستجوی Google Scholarجهت اطمینان از پوشش حداکثری و جامعیت جستجو در تمامی منابع مذکور استفاده گردید. پس از حذف موارد تکراری و غربالگری اولیه، مقالات از نظر ارتباط مفهومی با موضوع حسابداری ابری و گزارشگری مالی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند و در نهایت، ۹۶ مقاله واجد شرایط برای ورود به مرحله تحلیل انتخاب شدند. بهمنظور انجام تحلیلهای کیفی و متنکاوی، تنها متون انگلیسی مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. دلیل تمرکز بر منابع انگلیسی، علاوه بر جامعیت و استاندارد بودن پایگاههای داده بینالمللی در حوزه مورد مطالعه، نیاز به یکپارچگی در فرآیند متنکاوی بود. از آنجا که ابزارهای تحلیل محاسباتی مورد استفاده در این پژوهش بر پایه الگوریتمهای پردازش زبان طبیعی انگلیسی بهینهسازی شدهاند، ورود دادههای دوزبانه میتوانست موجب سوگیری در استخراج خوشهها و کاهش دقت تحلیلهای متنی گردد. همچنین، بررسیهای اولیه نشان داد که حجم ادبیات پژوهش در این حوزه خاص به زبان فارسی، در مقایسه با منابع بینالمللی بسیار محدود بوده و تأثیر معناداری بر نتایج نهایی تحلیل کیفی نداشت. در گام دوم، تحلیل متنکاوی با استفاده از نرمافزار RapidMiner انجام شد. ابتدا متون منتخب تحت فرایند پیشپردازش شامل نرمالسازی، حذف کلمات توقف، توکنسازی و ریشهیابی قرار گرفتند. سپس وزندهی واژگان با بهرهگیری از روش TF-IDF انجام شد تا واژگان دارای بیشترین ارزش اطلاعاتی شناسایی شوند. بر اساس آستانه وزنی 0/019، کلمات کلیدی استخراج و دادهها به فضای برداری منتقل گردید. در ادامه، خوشهبندی متون با استفاده از الگوریتم K-means انجام شد. تعیین تعداد بهینه خوشهها با استفاده از تحلیل نمودارهای بصری صورت گرفت و مقدار K=5 بهعنوان ساختار بهینه انتخاب شد. برای افزایش پایداری نتایج، الگوریتم با ۱۰ اجرای تکراری (Max Runs=10) اجرا گردید. کیفیت خوشهبندی با استفاده از شاخص میانگین فاصله درونخوشهای و شاخص دیویس–بولدین ارزیابی شد که نتایج، انسجام درونی مناسب و تفکیک مطلوب خوشهها را تأیید کرد. یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش منجر به شناسایی پنج بُعد اصلی حسابداری ابری در گزارشگری مالی شد. این ابعاد شامل: 1- پایهها و زیرساختهای سیستمهای حسابداری ابری که بر نقش زیرساختهای فناوری اطلاعات، امنیت دادهها، نرمافزارهای حسابداری و سیستمهای اطلاعاتی یکپارچه تأکید دارد؛ 2- کارایی، عملکرد و گزارشگری مالی که به بهبود بهموقع بودن، دقت، شفافیت و کاهش هزینههای عملیاتی در فرآیند گزارشگری مالی اشاره میکند؛ 3- پذیرش حسابداری ابری، پایداری و نتایج مالی که ارتباط میان پذیرش فناوری ابری، عملکرد مالی، سودآوری و پایداری سازمانها را تبیین مینماید؛ 4- سیستمهای پیشرفته حسابداری، یکپارچهسازی هوش مصنوعی و تحول دیجیتال که نقش فناوریهای نوین نظیر هوش مصنوعی، ERP ابری و تحلیلهای پیشرفته مالی را در تحول نقش حسابداران و فرآیندهای حسابداری برجسته میسازد؛ و 5- حاکمیت، کیفیت و مدیریت ریسک که بر ضرورت تدوین چارچوبهای حاکمیتی، کنترلهای داخلی، انطباق با استانداردهای حسابداری و مدیریت ریسکهای فناوری اطلاعات در محیطهای ابری تمرکز دارد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد استفاده از رویکرد متنکاوی، علاوه بر کاهش سوگیریهای ذهنی پژوهشگر، امکان شناسایی نظاممند، جامع و دادهمحور ابعاد نوظهور حسابداری ابری را فراهم میآورد. چارچوب مفهومی استخراجشده میتواند بهعنوان مبنایی نظری و کاربردی برای مدیران مالی، حسابداران، حسابرسان و نهادهای ناظر در جهت توسعه و بهبود گزارشگری مالی در محیطهای مبتنی بر رایانش ابری مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. افزون بر این، یافتهها میتواند مسیر پژوهشهای آتی را برای آزمون تجربی ابعاد شناساییشده و بررسی تأثیر آنها بر کیفیت گزارشگری مالی، شفافیت و پایداری سازمانها هموار سازد. | ||
