| چکیده | ||
| آناتومی ساختاری قلب و ریه در گونه های جانوری بسیار متفاوت است و این تفاوت ساختاری امکان ایجاد سازگاری های مختلف با شرایط زیستی را فراهم کرده است، در این بین گوشتخواران دارای تفاوت های ساختاری و عملکردی زیادی در قلب و ریه هستند و از طرفی تا کنون مطالعه چندانی در این زمینه صورت نگرفته است لذا هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی تفاوت های آناتومیکی در قلب و ریه شغال طلایی می باشد. در این مطالعه 3 قلب و ریه شغال طلایی در فرمالین 10 درصد فیکس شدند و سپس ارزیابی های آناتومیکی شامل بررسی لبه ها و سطوح قلب، بررسی شیار های قلبی، بررسی داخلی بطن ها و دهلیزها، بررسی تنه ششی و محل خروج سرخرگ ششی و لوبولاسیون ریه انجام گرفت. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد که قلب شغال دارای شباهت ها و تفاوت هایی با قلب سایر گوشتخواران است ؛ عمده ترین تفاوت ها در شیارهای بین بطنی- کنارمخروطی، بین بطنی- تحت سینوسی و ساختارهای موجود در محل خروج تنه ششی بودند، در ریه نیز عمده ترین تفاوت شکل و اندازه لوب فرعی ریه راست بود که متفاوت با سایر گوشتخواران بود. بحث: نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد که ساختار قلب و ریه در گوشتخواران با اینکه شباهت های زیادی به هم دارند اما دارای تفاوت هایی نیز می باشند که اطلاع از این تفاوت های ساختاری می تواند اطلاعات ارزشمندی در اختیار کارشناسان محیط زیست، دامپزشکان، جراحان و دست اندرکاران حفظ حیات وحش قرار دهد. | ||

| The structural anatomy of the heart and lungs is very different in different animal species and this structural difference has made it possible to create different adaptations to living conditions. Meanwhile, there are many structural and functional differences in the heart and lungs in carnivores and on the other hand, not much has been studied in this area, so the purpose of this study is to investigate the anatomical differences in the heart and lungs of the golden jackal. In this study, 3 golden jackal hearts and lungs were fixed in 10% formalin. Anatomical examinations were then performed, including examination of the border and surfaces of the heart, examination of the cardiac groove, internal examination of the ventricles and atria, examination of the pulmonary trunk and pulmonary artery outlet, and pulmonary lobulation. The results of this study showed that the jackal heart has similarities and differences with the hearts of other carnivores. The main differences were in the interventricular paraconal groove, interventricular- subsinosal grooves and the structures at the outlet of the pulmonary trunk. In the lung, the main difference was the shape and size of the right lung lobe, which was different from other carnivores. The results of this study showed that the structure of the heart and lungs in carnivores, although they have many similarities, but they also have differences, and knowledge of these structural differences can be valuable information for environmental experts, veterinarians, surgeons and Put those involved in wildlife conservation. | ||
