| صنایع کشتیرانی در بنادر به عنوان یکی از صنایع زیر بنایی و اصلی و همچنین راهبردی همواره ﻧقش بسزایی را در مدیریت ﺣﻤﻞ و ﻧﻘﻞ کشور دارا و براﻗﺘﺼﺎد ﮐﺸﻮر نیز ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار می باشد. به طور کلی ارتقا زنجیره ارزش در بنادر عموما در ﺗﺨﺼﺺ ﮔﺮاﯾﯽ، ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰی و ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﺷﺪه، دﺳﺘﺮﺳﯽ تکنولوژی های روز برای هوشمندسازی، دﺳﺘﺮﺳﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻟﺠﺴﺘﯿﮏ هوشمند، اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ نیروی اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺺ، شناخت کامل از عوامل زیست محیطی ﺑﺮ روی ﺑﻨﺎدر و ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮﻫﺎی ﻓﻨﺎوری را ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﮐرد. ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ ارتقاء زنجیزه ارزش به معنی نو آوری واحدهای و یا حلقه های عضو این زنجیره است و به موجب آن زمانی این نو آوری محقق می گردد که شاخص های هوشمندی و زیست محیطی در این صنعت کشف و در قالب یک الگو در بنادر کشور پیاده سازی گردد. از این رو پیرو موارد مطرح شده در بالا، برای ارتقا صنعت بنادر و کشتیرانی، در این پژوهش ابتدا شاخص های اصلی ارزیابی بنادر کشتیرانی سبز و هوشمند از طریق مطالعه کتابخانه ای شناسایی و و براساس پرتکل مصاحبه و مصاحبه با خبرگان و همچنین استفاده از رویکرد سیستم تحلیل تماتیک شاخص ها برای ارزیابی بنادر نهایی و بعد از آن الگوی مفهومی پژوهش ترسیم می شود. با عنایت به الگوی مفهومی طراحی و ترسیم شده در پژوهش براساس تحلیل معادلات ساختار تفسیری (ISM) سطح بندی تاثیر گذاری شاخص ها ترسیم می گردد. | ||

| Infrastructure industries in ports, as one of the infrastructure and main industries, as well as strategic ones, always play a significant role in the management of the country's economy and the role of shipping. According to the structural analysis conducted among the 10 key components identified in the ports issue, in order to promote the value chain in the country's ports and shipping industry, the use of renewable resources and greenery on the port outskirts should be at the first level of the shipping port development approach, and the amount of greenhouse gas production and smart technologies were at the second level, and water and waste management and smart infrastructure were at the third level of the presented model. | ||
